JRCC RULES
The racer who entry first time to JRCC race or is not winner of top
three ranks in the past is able to entry to freshman class or novice class.
And the racer who get winner in top three ranks in the past and also has the
registered number can entry only to the IMD or EXP class. The racer who entered
JRCC race one or two times only in the year can entry to the race of IMD/EXP
class but the series point of the year is not give.

FRM: FLESHMAN
This class is for beginners or first time entry to race.
Trophy is given to the winners of first rank to third rank.
After practice of one time for 5 minutes and three time's 5 minutes race,
the position is determined with selection of best race.
The program of race is up to 10 cars and the mixed race
with NOV class depending on the entry number for the race start way
the heat race way of census start is adopted same before.
The entry in available only on the day of race and the entry fee is \3,000.

NOV: NOVICE
The entry way for race the entry fee is same of FRM.
The winners from first rank to third rank are given trophy
and the forth rank to sixth rank are given certificate.
And the first winner to third winner are given registered number
and have to entry to IMD/EXP class.

IMD: INTERMIDIET
Grand championship of the year is competed by the series point given per race.
The persons of top three are given pure silver plate
with wooden stand putting on their names.
The valid point is available for 7 races of all 10 races the races suspended
by weather are not included.
The races are performed by heat of two times and after heats the final race
is done in divided in main A,B,C and D.
The lowest main might now be done depending on the number.
The race time of each final races are : A main is 15 min.
B main to D main is 10 min. But they might be changed by weather.
The first heat is started by stagger way starting in order
to racer's number one bye one.
From second heat the cars start one by one in order of results of the first heat.
The final race is done by Le mans way start.
The entry is available either of the entry of race day.
The advanced entry's fee is \3,000. The entry of race day in \4,000.
The detail of advanced entry should be referred tem.
For the racer entered to all races in the year the metal plate mentioned name
with wooden stand is given as a prize of full attendance as not concerned as rank.

EXP: EXPERT
The competition way, the entry/the entry fee are the same of IMD class,
but the following items are adapted to only EXP class.
The final races are three mains A,B and C.
The time of the final races are 20 min. for A main, 15 min.
For B main, and 10 min. for C main.
But these times are changed due to the weather or other reasons.
The valid point of this series is available for nine races from ten races.
The races suspended by weather are not included.
The contestants of EXP class are required the personality,
the dignity and the technique as a model for other races.

Annex items of race
* One pit man per car but up to two pit men per car are allowed at the final race.
* Depending on the matching of race, the assignment and the change of band might be required.
Please bring the crystal of extra bank with you as many as possible.
The change of band in the middle of race absolutely not be done,
unless the officers' indication or allowance.
* The penalty caused by false start and running obstruction is the decrease
of one truck at least and the disqualification in the worst.
* Even in the bad weather the race might be held but to do the race
or not depends on the judgement of the organizer.
* In case the schedule is not possible to be done by the weather
or other reason, the race should be set up if one round is done at least.
But in this case it is only races per class we're performed under same conditions.
* If a driver is disqualified after the inspection of car,
he comes the last place at the main race
and incase of heat the record of it is heat is invalidity.

The compensation of damage (The rule of JMRCA,the chapter five)
5-1: The responsibility of damage caused by accident during race.
The entries and their assistants take full responsibility for the damages
of body, racer and machine happened in the middle of race.
5-2: The responsibility of the officers of the match for accidents.
The entries and their assistants must know that the officers
of match are forgiven from the full-time one of all compensation of damage.
It means that it is matter of course for the officers to do their best
for their work, but the officers never have any responsibility
for the damages for the entries and races.

An advance entry
JRCC adopts the system of advance entry in order to promote a grade-up
like mention of the drivers name in the race results primed out
or on the screen of race-monitor.
If the entry is done in advance, we will make matching of heat before race
and put the driver's name on it.
There fore the entry on the entry card is not necessary on that date.
The entry fee is set on the cheaper one in comparison with the entry of the very day's
and your cooperation for advance entry would be appreciated.
Incase of advance entry, please entry the necessary things in entry sheet
and present it at the advanced race
(for example, in case of advance entry for the third race,
the presentation must be done the date of the first race or the second race)
or apply for it to the office( refer to the mention below)
by fax within two weeks before the race day.
It is possible to entry only one race or some racers or all races.
The entry fee must be paid one the race day of advance entry.
In case you can not take part in it on the race day, there is not any special penalty.
But in case frequent cancellation without any notice in advance,
entry might be not acceptable and in case you know before about one week
it is not possible to take part in the race,
it is OK for you to only inform it to the office.
In case the race is suspended by the season of weather on the very day,
the entry in cancelled and is not transferred to next race.

Qualification
1) Affiliate of R/C insurance.
2) It is possible to change the band.
The regular band for 27 Mhz No.01 to 12 and for 40 Mhz No.61 to 75.
Total 20 bands are possible to entry.
3) People who are able to keep the manner according to
the instruction of organizer.
